I had a 10:45 appt. I asked how long it would take for an oil change and rotation of tires. The answer: About an hour to an hour-and-a-half. At noon, I was still in the line. The two cars in line behind me were not in line behind me! After speaking to an employee, apparently the techs were taking cars in the other lane…not alternating.
