I felt she was defensive and the problem was not completely taken care of. I have always been more than satisfied with Lewis. This was very disappointing to me.

I checked before scheduling service to see if there was availability ahead of time and explained I would be waiting. I was told to come in at 9:00 and did not leave until after 11:00. I understand that a lot of people drop off, but if you have someone waiting,and they asked for a time when they could wait, it should not take that long.

With a scheduled appointment at 2 it took 1 hour and 40mins to service my highlander, I don’t believe it should that long ever, work on getting your times down and honoring appointment times to people who schedule them.
