One ongoing frustration has been that i never get the Advisor Excel discount. Each time I check my vehicle in and tell them that i get the discount, they routinely tell me, “I’ll mark that down so you get that discount “ and I never get it. Not a huge deal but I never not like paying less.

Chris was great. However, my car got skipped over several times and the oil change/tire rotation lasted over 2 hours. Chris got 3 guys to rush it so I could get to my next appointment, but when they put the tires back on, the middle part of the hub cap, with the Toyota symbol fell off when I was less than a mile away from the dealership. I need you all to replace it please.

The service today with the auto technician was fantastic. He was polite, kept me informed, talked with me and was excited with me about my new to me car! I will continue to use the service, but I didn't really like when I got a cold call about trading in My vehicle to get a "newer" one from a sales person today when I didn't express the want or need to purchase a car.

When I called to schedule the appointment it was supposed to last 45 minutes. When I dropped it off the told me 90 minutes. By the tine it was done it was over 2 hours. I had to ask twice to get picked up. Now with the new software up date, my seatbelt alarm goes off for seats with no passengers. I did business for years with Aristocrat Motors, Cable Dahmer, and Ed Bozarth. They treated me right and didn’t make me feel like I’d wasted my time. By the way, I lost my entire day waiting on the 45 min job. I guess what they say about Toyota customer service is true. Now I have to bring it back so you can figure the software glitch out, I lose another day with that.

I’ve always trusted what I was told and the work that has been done on my vehicles. No one in the service department has ever questioned my trust. You have always done an exceptional job, and I thank you! I feel that you have my best interest in mind, and I pray it stays that way. Until someone makes a vehicle like the Mazda 5, (I need the sliding doors), I will need to keep this vehicle safe to drive. Thank you so much for keeping the cost down by looking for different parts, it is truly appreciated!!
