I still don't have my car. I still have no updates. My car has been there 2 weeks and the only time I get information is when I call and even then I still get nothing. WTF is going on with my car?????

I went to the dealership to take care of a recall on my vehicle. They explained everything they were doing, how much time it would take, and they were super super courteous. I always love coming to Lewis Toyota for my vehicle needs.

I love having Ray as my service advisor! I just don’t understand why it takes so long to get your oil changed and even when you have a scheduled appointment! It’s also very annoying to receive coupons from you that you are not able to use due to the fact you don’t have the service!!

I just want to reach out and tell the management team how wonderful John dasher is. He was very helpful and anticipated our needs as a family. He did wonderful entertaining our children while we worked all out all of the kinks with our financial institution. I do feel like toyota could invest more in their financial department. I would say at least add two more employees to the roster. I noticed that there were many customers there to buy cars but waited hours to receive any help, if any at all. Again, John worked really hard to make sure that everyone was acknowledged and helped. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
