I discovered when I got home that when the car is checked in, your person does not actually record the mileage. Just repeats the mileage from the last service. That is unacceptable.

Yes they did a great job. And I had the wrong after market lug nuts on there that looked cool. But probably could if killed me. But they told me and put my right ones back on for me. Great job. Thank you again.

I only asked for an oil change. For unknown reasons a tire rotation was done too. I wasn't charged because I was told it was part of the free maintenance that Toyota offers. But now when the tires do need rotated a the apparent time I will be paying out of pocket. Again I only asked for an oil change that I stated I was going to pay for. A tire rotation was not asked for.

I was misled, and lied to twice. I brought my car in after a phone conversations, and was told that there would not be any charge. Not only was I charged I was Charged more than I was quoted. I was also told that a part that needed to be replaced, that there would be no charge to replace it. I brought the vehicle back to have the part changed and then they inform me I would be charged. Trust is a big factor in me making a decision on who I have to repair my vehicles. I do not feel like your service department is trustworthy, I will not ever bring back my vehicle to your dealership .

Took way to long. I arrived at 9:40 and did not leave until after noon. Do not think they reset my service reminder on vehicle either.
