It would’ve been appreciated to be told at check in that a text would come when the tech started my car and that everything in green on the report would show up before the tech even looked at the car. For example, I received the first text that had a report on my car but the tire rotation wasn’t checked as being fine. After asking about it she explained to me that the tech had just brought my car in but not gone thru it. It’s just confusing at first and more communication what to expect would’ve been more helpful. Car was done after the second text was received that service was completed.

2nd time you overfilled my car on oil, I getting jiffy lube service from you ,you know shame you for over filling my car with with oil ,shame on my for trusting you a second time ,NEVER AGAIN

Upon my arrival to have an oil change and request at the time to check my brakes for squeaking noise when applying brakes, however I do not believe that that was ever done. I do not see any evidence on the work order or video that show technicians, Removing all four tires to check where the squeak was coming from I believe there is an issue with my brakes shoes somewhere or at least one of them because I still hear the sound when I play brakes

You all have for the last 3 X not given notice that my vehicle was done/ready for pick-up. Each time, i drove to the dealership to find it ready.

I didn’t get any return calls for purchasing tires or scheduling service. I called to purchase tires and left a message with no response. I called twice to schedule the service with no response. Got through on the third try.

Unfortunately, with an appointment scheduled, it took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. We have been extremely impressed in the past with timely service, but understand everyone has an off day from time to time.

I resent paying a fee to use my credit card when you are such a large business. I don’t mind for a small local business but you already had plenty of profit built into your billing. It was pure greed.
