I appreciate having a woman, Beth Knaup, in the service department. Sometimes as a woman, I feel like men don't take the time to listen, especially when I know something about vehicles. I also liked knowing Mike Livejoy was the experienced mechanic working in my 1992 truck!

The last time I came in there was a big mix up with the shuttle driver and I wasn’t picked up at the correct time which caused me to miss an appointment. When I came in for my service yesterday, I was not charged. I appreciate Lewis Toyota taking care of their customers which is why I keep coming back.

Even though my appointment date was accidentally set to the wrong day the service team made sure to get my vehicle in for servicing. Service was completed quickly and all issues were addressed in a timely manner. Steve Ramer was polite and very professional.
