Arrived late to pick up van. Everyone was great and I was able to pick up my van even though you were closed. So nice as we were headed on vacation that next day first thing. Thank you Lewis!

I asked to speak to a manager multiple times the time my car was there. It took over a month to get my back. A insulation or cleaner for on my daughter skin she broke out in hives. I brought my car back because I still had cleaner dust or insulation on my dash. My stereo wasn't fixed. It never was vacuumed. I had to beg a worker to come look at my car. The integrity there went downhill.

Had an appointment at 10 and didnt get my car until approximately 12:45. I understand Monday mornings being busy now and to make appointments at later times or days. Was not angry about this as I had a ride so I didn’t have to wait. Just wanted to explain. Thanks a bunch!
