Honestly, I was prepared for this to be my last service with Toyota given the last few experiences, but you’ve definitely changed your practices for the better. I appreciated the communication and really liked the videos of the inspection.

I originally called te: cracked windshield and was supposed to get a call back. Never happened. Then I scheduled 8:30 service and left vehicle, expecting to get notice it was ready in at most a couple hours. I called at 11:40 and subsequently received a text assuring me it would be done within the hour. I arrived just over an hour later and still had to wait on paperwork. So it took over 4.5 hours for an oil change with no other feedback or comments.

The labor and quality of work on my truck was great. Ray was great when I talked to him. The only issue I had is not being communicated with during the service of my vehicle. I never received a call to tell me what work would be done or how much it would be. I received a text that told me my truck was done and how much I owed. At that point I didn’t even know what I was paying for. I called 4 times and was told Ray would call me back each time… never did. This is the second experience I had of the exact same nature… lack of communication. However, when I arrived to pick up my truck I talked to Ray… he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I have no issues going back to Ray and working with him again… he’s great…the location needs to work on their communication though.

Chris was extremely helpful and was able to get my car fixed the next morning!! He took the time to explain the process, was there in the morning to greet me and showed me the results of the repair on my windshield!

I brought my car in to get checked, and I had to remind them after my diagnostic what I wanted looked at. Now I think they did a good inspection, but I’ll see what Harold’s tells me about suspension and alignment. The jackass who filled up my tires afterwards filled all 4 to 40 PSI. My car is supposed to be at 32. Who the **** are you hiring to work here? Can’t read? Blessed they didn’t **** up the air filter as well.

Being billed a little over $100 for the “service “, I am totally disappointed. It does not work any better than it did when my husband took it in. There is some note about need to follow Toyota instructions to download app for GPS\map. I already have an app on my phone for GPS. When I took it in the day before the lady who checked me in Got in the car and could see what I had on my phone. I had to go on my trip by myself with this map feature not working.
