Satisfied with Beth 100% Upset with Toyota to be told after 19,000 miles I need new tires and in the past I would go 50,000 before new tires. Thats sad!!

Had to schedule an appointment when car wouldn’t start after several attempts by AAA and others. Ray took charge when we got there and got it diagnosed and fixed much sooner than I expected. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

I brought my RAV4 in, w/an appt for 1st servicing (5000 mi ) at 9:15 thus am. I was told the work would take about 90 mins, but that I would have the car back by noon or earlier. Around noon, I called three times and no one answered the phone! It was close to 12:30 when I got a call that the car. I think 3 hours is way longer than us ‘usual’ fir this servicing, & was puzzled about why your phone did t get answered…frankly not a good way to start a relationship w/your dealership.
