Everything went really well. Everyone was very pleasant.I was greeted by a nice gentleman when I drove in. Then Beth greeted me and took care of everything. Even the people that didn't wait on me was pleasant and greeted me. It nice to be acknowledged when you go into a establishment. Thank you. It seem like new people with a good attitude. I was very pleased.

I'd like to bring my vehicle back in for Ray or someone to look at. When I left on May 1st, I noticed a noise which seemed to be coming from my left front end. I figured it was because of adjustments made or whatever but it hasn't gone away. The noise was obviously not there before I brought the vehicle in for the multi point inspection. I would like to be able to bring it in as soon as possible. Thanks

I loved having Ray as my go to person. He was honest and true. My only complaint was that a part that was quoted to cost 2,000.00, cost me 2,535.00 at check out. Lewis Toyota did a wonderful job installing it, but should have stayed with their quote.
