My question was about the engine light being on. Ray Brown investigated my inquiry to my satisfaction, advising me that I had failed to turn my gas cap 'til it clicked. I'm grateful for this bit of education. THANKS RAY!!

Steve set up an additional appointment on an issue I’ve had nearly the whole time I’ve owned the car. It was once checked out previously by Toyota and there was nothing to be found wrong but the vehicle still shifts hard into drive out of park or reverse out of park when the vehicle is parked on an incline and I don’t think this is normal. It should still shift smoothly, so Steve was nice enough to schedule another service to have a technician check it out and he’s going to personally drive with me in the car so he has a better idea of what’s going on. So, yes, so far things are looking great.

2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Gave reason as short staffed, then shouldn’t have made an appointment. $100 for oil change ridiculous.

The business needs to make the process simpler so that when finished with submitting, The submitter can move on. Maybe I should use another business.

I had sent my advisor a follow- up note through the text system and never got a response sr. And I also left a message with the receptionist, asking f him to call me back. I never received a returned call.
