First, I was waiting from 9AM to 4PM. It's an outrageous wait time. Second, I did my oil change and they told me my tires weren't in good condition. After they replaced the tires, I went for a drive and the tire pressure sensors were not functioning properly. Then I took the car back and they said they fixed it, after I drove it again I still had the same issue.

I had a recall and was assigned Liz. I have had her as my representative before and she never smiles and has no personality. After the car was cleared the message still was popping up on my screen. I restarted truck and it still came up. I drove back to bay and it was like I was bothering her. She got in my truck looked at screen and turn truck off and re started. The message didn’t come back up and she got out and goes there it’s fixed and walks off. I miss skippy. He truly cared and had amazing customer service. I spent a lot of money on that truck and have been a repeat customer. I buy from you alll because of the service agreement. Not worth it going forward if that’s the customer service you have

My only thought was that the vehicle could have been washed after the service...not a complaint but Nissan dealer always includes that with each visit
