Your good service managed to lessen the annoyance that I felt for having to take my time and spend my money to address a manufacturing defect on an expensive vehicle that should not have had manufacturing defects. Thanks for your timely good service.

I had an appointment for 9:15 a.m. and I was made to wait an hour and a half for the service. If it's just oil change and tire rotation and multipoint inspection service, a customer should not have to wait that long. In order to induce me to continue using your service, you should greatly shorten that time. 45 minutes maximum would be more appropriate.

The person checking me in was good. No problems. However I called to make an appointment for routine oil change on my 2021 Tundra and was told no appointment necessary. So I drove 45 min to Cherokee Toyota and after 2 hours 6 min I finally got my oil change. If Cherokee Toyota was as clean and efficient as Nalley Toyota it would be a major improvement. Major down grade when I moved and now use Cherokee Toyota. The location is the reason most people use Cherokee Toyota not because of customer service.

I came in to get an oil change. Just an oil change and it took an hour and a 1/2. That's just extremely too long. I can go get oil changes at oil change places in 5 minutes. I don't know if they need to hire more people. Or just schedule the people at peak times but an hour and a 1/2 is extremely too long for an oil change. I have bought my last 5 cars from Cherokee County Toyota but will have to seriously start considering this going further.

I brought my 2023 RAV4 Prime XSE in today for 2 reasons. One for 5000 mile service (basically a tire rotation) and secondly to check on why my heated steering wheel was not working. After waiting for 2 hours I was told that they needed more time to figure out the steering wheel issue. However I could not wait any longer. When I got home I noticed that my ticket did not have the tire rotation on there. I called back and was told that since I couldn’t wait any longer the tire rotation was not done. So I spent 2 hours there and nothing was done. Common sense should tell you to do what would take a short amount of time first and then tackle a problem that they hod no idea what amount of time would be needed to fix the problem. You did the opposite and I am right back where I started ( minus 2 hours there and more time on the road getting there and back. This is not acceptable if you expect to be a first class service department.

I have brought my vehicle to Cherokee Toyota every 5000 miles, and this is the fifth time I have brought it in. I have never ever received any type of suggestion text message recommending any type of service. Today, while awaiting my vehicle to be finished, I received a text message suggesting that I needed to have the windshield wipers replaced and to have a deodorizer sprayed in the interior of the vehicle. While I was reviewing the information and deciding whether or not to have the work performed, my vehicle was brought out and parked outside, before I could even make a decision on whether or not to have the work done. When I got in the vehicle, I noticed that the tires were over inflated to 38 pounds. Believing that may be because they had been driven on, I drove home and waited several hours before checking again. After several hours of not being driven, the tires were still over inflated to 38 pounds. As you know, over inflation will cause premature wearing of the tread on the tires, therefore causing me to have to purchase new tires sooner than I should have to. That should have been taken care of when the vehicle was at your dealership.

Mary Luree Echols was great. She kept me posted on parts that were back ordered. She gave a very good estimate of time required for the service to be completed. She was very professional and courteous. Thank you Mary! Also while I waited I walked the vehicle lot and not Westley and David provided excellent information and answered my questions about the 2024 hybrid RAV4. They were both knowledgeable and helpful. We are not ready yet but I know where we will visit when ready. Excellent staff and service.
