I was extremely happy with Christian’s knowledge and all his help. I would definitely return to Cherokee Toyota for service even though it’s further away than Cobb Toyota which I have used for 27 years.

Josh did a good job but when I made the appointment to get my service done on my truck I was told it was going to be 45 minutes but ended up waiting almost 3 and a half hrs. Standard service shouldn’t take that long especially with an appointment made and I was trying to base my day around that time, which made me late to get my son from school.

They said I had a screw in my tire and then I should get it patched so I let them do that and I woke up this morning with a flat tire. Also, I watched yesterday while was sitting there for three hours to get my tire rotated. A kid run into the parking lot and get him by one of your drivers pulling out of the service area. It was not your employees fault because the kid did run into his car but nobody but a sales manager came out to make sure anyone was OK

I had a scheduled recall and software appointment. I was told this would take a hour but when I arrived the lobby was full. While I was waiting I received a text to upsell me on others items. I was there for 2 items only. After 2 hours the tech gave me keys when I asked what was completed. He said parts were ordered for the recall. Why wasn’t this mentioned to me prior to my appointment? I waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment to be told the recall wasn’t completed. I asked the tech about the recall and he wasn’t knowledgeable and appeared to be guessing. Why wasn’t someone else called to explain it better. I felt like the personal touch was missing. I have been using the Canton location for 2 years and was expecting a higher level of service. When I got back in my car it smelled like gasoline which took 2 hours to get rid of. I do hope you will share this feedback with the service managers. Thanks

Service was excellent but I need something in writing (not on line) saying what services I had a life of tired etc. I am old and don’t have a computer.
