While the service and communication was impeccable and everyone I was able to work with very helpful I did have an issue with the updated 12 mile lift policy. You see I live 14 miles away from your dealership and one of my favorite and most important conveniences was that I could be transported to and from your dealership at ease, however Once the cashier informed me that I couldn’t be taken home and could only be dropped off 12 miles I was frustrated because that was not my home and it made it difficult for me to get home from 2 miles away that I ended up walking and when I needed to head back to the dealership, I walked another 2 miles to the 12 mile limit that wasted about an hour total plus more of my time which is why I’m writing this to let you know that making small exceptions for customers is important and will help us have a collaborative relationship in the future, but when I asked the cashier to see if it was possible that we could make an exception so that I can be taken home she mentioned that if she’s talked to her manager, they wouldn’t budge and that they would recommend that I take a loaner car, which is something I don’t feel comfortable with, and I was more upset that your employee didn’t feel comfortable enough or want to make the effort to ask a manager about this issue because it would’ve annoyed their manager and they would’ve been Reprimanded for it which is unacceptable in a professional setting where all voices need to be heard I’m free to talk more about this if you are interested and I have more ideas on how you could make this process more viable for your customers in the future thank you very much
