I reported a rattle, demonstrated it for the tech who then said it was coming from a case of water in the back of the car. It wasn’t, I told the advisor it wasn’t, they gave me the car back with the rattle.

Unfortunately, your service was unable to identify and resolve my vehicle’s issue, even though it was quite clear that at high speeds, there was a noticeable wind noise coming from outside. Sadly, you couldn’t fix it, and I had to go to another Toyota service center to get it resolved. Moreover, your service gave me a very unreasonable explanation, claiming that the noise was due to the engine or the turbo, which was completely illogical and baseless.

Jaime communicates clearly about what work needs to be done and why. The pictures he provides about the condition of the car and work needed is very helpful. I also appreciate that I was able to bring the car in early and it was done early this afternoon.
