I asked Ara to note that I didn’t want the tire pressure adjusted on my car that I wanted it how it was at 33 pound feet and sure enough the technicians put it to 36. This is not the first time this has happened. Now I’m just wasting my time trying to get the perfect air pressure.

Ever since we purchased this car,used, in 2007, all regular and any other recommend service has always been done at Bob Smith Toyota and after my husband passed,I continued all service with them,knowing they would always take care of me and my aging car,I never felt I was taken advantaged of and plan to continue to do all future work with BST
