Jonathan Escobar was lovely. He helped to fix an issue with a windshield wiper being out of adjustment. It’s not quite perfect, but it is leaps and bounds better! He was kind and courteous. I’d be happy to work with him again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Ara. I was provided an initial quote for an oil change, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I discovered a voicemail from Ara stating that the quote had changed—after the service had already been completed without my approval. When I raised this concern, Ara attempted to shift the blame to me, suggesting that I should have known what type of service my vehicle required. He then tried to justify the increased price by searching for exclusions on the discount I received from Bob Smith Toyota. Despite my explanation that the Bob Smith Toyota website listed lower prices for the same service, he still attempted to overcharge me. Additionally, he stated that going forward he had made a note in my file to charge me $135 for future oil services, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.

Patrick always handles my car and I’m very pleased with his service. His speech is always very clear. His personality is wonderful and reassuring. I trust him in his assessments. He can answer any of my questions. He should be recognized for his skills. I truly feel like this old lady is handled with care.

Everyone doing a great job with their duties. It was unpleasant being in the waiting area while she continued to different conversations with her Hispanic family & friends. You should have a sign in different languages that talking on the cell phone is discourteous to others in the waiting room.
