I trust Patrick. As an older Senior Citizen, he explains things to me. He tries to fix the problem while keeping the price affordable. It would have been nice if instead of repeating over and over again that there was nothing that he could do to look up my warranty information, the information had been given to me that I needed to call the dealership I got it from to get the information. Instead we went in circles and it felt like I was being mansplained. And it wasn't until I called after I had already left when I found the information in my actual lease and asked specifically what I needed to do that I finally got an answer that was useful. It felt very much like if I were a man that conversation would have gotten differently. Luckily for you all, as it turns out, I have to go to another dealership for my warranty extension so I won't be back anyway. Also, it would be great if you need to keep my car all day for a recall and my work is not within the mileage for the Lyft service that you provide a free rental car or allow for a longer Lyft journey. I can understand if it were not for a safety recall and was for a service; that's on me. But a recall is on Toyota and I should not have to pay to get myself to work when you need the car all day and you can't do it on a Saturday.
