We were promised to get car completed if we leave the car overnight. When called on Saturday, Jonathan had no clue about our car. Ended up needing to get car next week. No one worked on our car on Saturday.

Hank made a rude remark when I declined additional services for my vehicle, and he also was passive aggressive with me on the phone even when I was being polite. Not the way to treat your customers.
