I have been driving Toyota Avalon for more than 3 years Since Bob Smith Toyota Dealer has Replaced the Timing Belt It started leaking I am really REGRET for that

A technician who was checking the vehicle was not able to find the problem. The problem still exists. Navigation voice was working for several minutes, then stopped working. The technician blames it on my phone. The same very phone works perfectly with my other vehicle. So, it has to be the car's problem. Which has not been identified and therefore, has not been fixed.

Hank was very professional and explained thoroughly what the service would entail. I added a concern I had and he explained kindly that all I had to do was turn off the auto button on the light beams. I walked away thinking, “I’m so glad they have experienced professionals here”. The atmosphere at this dealership is always pleasant.

I have been coming to Bob Smith Toyota for years now. I have to say I was a bit disappointed and didn’t feel valued about the service I had received (Not from Hank or Chris) In the pas. However, since I have always had good experience since Alex Little used to work there. I decided to come back since I like the service Hank provided. Both Hank and Chris were amazing professionals who show care about their customers. Bob Smith Toyota is very lucky to have caring and patient professionals working for them. Respectfully, Ester

Patrick is a fantastic service advisor. I was a little worried when IEmily left, but could not feel better about bringing my car in regularly to Bob Smith. Patrick is always professional, personable, and I’m always glad to see him, just as before. I’ve been bringing my cars to Bob Smith for a number of years now and my only complaint is that you only work on Toyotas. ????
