It took you 2 days to do an oil change and rotation, cashiers were on their personal cell phones and gave me the the wrong paperwork for a puris. Since you had the truck for 2 days and you have a way bay it could’ve been washed. I even had a chat with Mike Smith when I dropped off the vehicle, tell him he owes me lunch. Thanks

The communication for services needing immediate attention was confusing this time around because you included the very optional catalytic converter shield. Because of that “recommendation” I was worried that maybe the integrity of my catalytic converter had been tampered with. That was not the case at all, you just wanted to sell shields by heightening the urgency. I did not appreciate that. Also, in the past when you have “disinfected” the engine for rat droppings (e.g. power wash) your team has not done a thorough job and I let Ara know of my disappointment but nothing was ever done to rectify the situation. Thanks.
