I only interacted with Hank via phone and automated text messages. I dropped off my vehicle the day prior. Hank did not call me to give me an update. I had to call to get an updated then he texted me the recommended services. I asked to review the recommendation and proceed with oil change and tire rotation. I then called and accepted some of the recommendations. Hank was rude and short with me on the services I decided and cancelled the services I requested. Per Hank the options I choose would not fix the issues I would be wasting my money and time. Hank took it upon myself himself to cancel my selected services. I was anger and upset with the service I received. I entered the service area bc I don’t not want to deal or speak with Hank bc he was rude and short. I asked for the supervisor but Eric was not available. Another manager named Greg came and asked what the issues was. I informed Greg about Hanks lack of customer service skills. I will admit I was upset and angry and let my frustration out on Greg and did use profane language to describe my interactions with Hank. Greg was kind and professional throughout the entire interaction and listened. I did also apologize to Greg for my use of language. I will also email the supervisor Eric to inform him of Hanks customer service skill. I will also write a yelp review regarding customer service.
