While my car initially came back with a software issue because of a recall update, Greg and team were able to diagnose and resolve. It was a tricky solution and I am glad they figured it out.
Jaime was nice and helpful. I had an issue but I’m not sure it’s part of Jaime’s responsibility to check or not. The issue is that my vehicle had the warning light on for not enough air in the tire. Normally, all tire PSI is checked during service and put air to the right PSI and warning light turned off. The service mechanic would have seen it during oil change date reset. To my surprise, my son who drove the car notified me that the light is still on. I had to put air in tires after the fact to turn off the warning light. That surprised me coming from a dealer
Hank knew my car when I arrived for my appointment—in other words he was prepared! He was courteous, efficient and understood the issues I had about my car. He was also personable and easy to deal with.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service experience I had at your dealership on October 23, 2023. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment, and while the front wheels were aligned, I was informed that the rear wheels could not be aligned due to seized rear toe arm links. The estimated cost to address this was quoted at $891.42. After receiving this information, I sought second opinions from two separate automotive shops. The first mechanic confirmed that the rear wheels were not seized, though they did not perform alignments. They referred me to another shop, which was able to successfully complete the rear wheel alignment without identifying any seized components. Additionally, this shop charged me at a fraction of the rate quoted by your service department, coming in at approximately three-quarters of the Toyota alignment coupon rate. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years, trusting your dealership with the maintenance of my three Toyota vehicles. However, this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the service provided by your dealership. Going forward, I do not intend to have my vehicles serviced at Toyota due to this experience. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.
