I made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped off my car. Was told it would take 1.5 hours. I called 2 hours later to ask if it was finished but they hadn’t even begun the work. Was told it would be another hour. I had another appointment I had to get to, so I came back and picked up my car. Very disappointed and frustrated. First time trying this service department which is close to my home but I don’t think I’ll be back if this is the norm.

Jaime is the best service advisor I've ever seen. He is very attentive to his clients and ensures that I am updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the day. He goes beyond the standard of care. I'll be booking all my future appointments with him.

It’s a pretty clear warranty item on a $75k vehicle with 23k miles and your operating model is to deny all warranty work simply because you have to do it at cost. Case in point, i was in the week prior and you tried to charge me almost $300 to change the air filter… something i did on my own for less than $40 and 5 min. Your operating model is to prey on unknowingy sap’s. Charlatans.

I don’t need to be contacted, but I don’t like how all three of my mirrors were shifted as well as my seat. It’s difficult to get everything readjusted properly and I feel like the car is not being moved that far enough to require everything being moved around.
