Besides being told in May of 2025 when I asked Ara how many maintenance plan services I had left and he told me two; but never mentioned anything about needing to use them before December of 2025 because the plan expired in 2024. He knew that information then but never said anything. Then trying to charge me $250 dollars today to replace an oil pan screw. l've been bringing this car here since I bought it December of 2020 with 17,000 miles. Your technicians are the only ones who have touched the screw and caused the damage. Why would they not just replace the screw or charge for the part which is $7-$9 max cost, but to have the nerve to cause the damage and then try and overcharge the customer to fix their damage; that's just shady!

Jonathan was able to help me set up a maintenance plan, telling me options but did not push me to purchase it. After sending me the review of work that was done, I noticed the brakes had some wear. Again, Jonathan did not push me to have them replaced at thus time, but when I asked if they would be able to do the work today, he arranged for it to be done and had the mechanics test drive the car afterwards to make sure everything was ok. He had the receptionist arrange for a shuttle to take me home, and to pick me up again when my car waa ready. He gets 5 STARS!

100%. Is it except for time needed for 2 firmware recalls. Had I know. In advance when I booked the service appt for them & the 10k service would take 4 to 6 hours I would have scheduled differently. Unfortunately I will have to return to have them completed. Otherwise great service today in @ an hour and a half. Thanks team Smith.

Patrick was professional,knowledgeable, helpful,gave me options to be able to accommodate the alignment that my vehicle was in need of.I was so impressed that my closest service department is in pasadena is will make the drive to Bob Smith Toyota instead even though is a further drive. Don't upsell brake fluid replacement on a young low mileage vehicle. It puts a stain on the dealership.

My vehicle was ready and sitting out there for a while. It wasn’t until I asked that I was told my vehicle is ready. No one wants to be stuck at the dealership, if people don’t want to work, if the people in taking vehicles don’t want to work, that’s fine. Other employees were walking around checking on their clients. I did not receive one update message for the 90 minutes while at the dealership. I find it hard to believe that Toyota does not track how long each maintenance period takes. If I want to get lied to my face, I can always go to Bob Smith Toyota. Y’all messed up, I waited for nothing, at least admit it. Even a fake gesture of “sorry”
