I don't believe that the tire pressure was checked, so we have been riding on under inflated tires. Also told the tire sensor was faulty when it is now working because we added air to tires. Key battery was not replaced. You guys used to do all these things for customers. Not coming back.

The last three times I’ve scheduled maintenance I have said that I need to wait for service (I drive 30 minutes to come here). Each time upon arrival I have been told that you won’t be able to start the service for at least an hour. I don’t know why you say waiting is an option if you expect customers to wait 2+ hours for routine maintenance. I trust Moises to do good work, but can’t continue as a customer due to the poor service scheduling.
