Thank you for the service. Radio and screen work well but there are strange noises in my car after today's service. Can you please check what the problem is? I can’t stop hearing it. It’s like something is cracking or the noise of liquide from bottle behind the screen.

It’s hard to describe the excitement I have when I pull up to Bob Smith Toyota to have my car serviced. It’s like taking my car to the spa. From the first seconds pulling into the service area, I feel pampered by the great and friendly customer service. They always offer to give me a ride where ever I might need to, but I always decline so that I can chat with the team inside. Everyone is so friendly; they all feel like family at this point. Thank you Bob Smith Toyota for caring for my car, but most importantly caring about me.

Patrick goes above and beyond. He checked everything out with regard to where I was heading on a cross country trip. He asked about the weather there and then included an anti freeze element to my window washer fluid. He thought of everything showing that he pays attention and takes his tasks personally. He is top notch. He deserves a raise!
