He was over a book today and I was coming in to have a censor changed for my tires. I have scheduled a new appointment for January. I had been there for two hours before he was able to even talk to me. Everyone was super busy so I will be back in January

The tire icon light revealed there was a problem with the tires. I was told that we probably ran over a nail or there my be a slow leak and I should have it checked at a gas station. I was told to bring the car back To Bob Smith and they would be more than happy to check it out. There were other incidents in the past that happened that I was not aware of. My daughter takes my car in for maintenance and she just told me that in the past she left Bob Smith and a hub cap fell off when she got on the freeway. She ended up having to buy 4 hub caps. She called Bob Smith and was told they would put them on for her. When she got back she noticed only 3 hub caps were out in the car. She never told me because she knew how much I loved having my car serviced there. Please, please triple check that everything is done right before the car leaves your lot.
