Jimmy was great. And great at communicating with me about the expectations of our vehicle. The only disappointment was scratches on the hood what seems to be from the car wash as the scratches are in a swirling motion. And weird light blue finger prints under the scratches which Jimmy noticed but didn't mention it to me until I brought the car back. My husband mentioned if the air filters didn't need changed they should have been marked green on the performance report but I appreciate knowing they might need to be changed sooner rather later with it being marked yellow. He's particular. :) but I will be calling soon to discuss buffing out the hood to fix the paint scratches. The rest of the service was great. Very grateful for the fact that they caught the fact that our front axle was leaking and they made sure to fix it right away knowing we're we're paying extra for service warranty and it probably was covered under the vehicle warranty as it's barely 6 months old to us. Jaime was very professional & very knowledgeable about the appropriate steps needed to be taken in order for my vehicle to be inspected & fixed! There was not a moment when I felt that I wasn’t being taken care of, he followed up consistently & reassured me the issue was being resolved. I recently brought my vehicle from Pasco to your dealership for service, primarily because of the professional and kind treatment I received from Jaime. His excellent customer service made the decision easy for me. The pricing was fair, and the follow-up service was outstanding. I particularly appreciated the video update on my vehicle's status, which was very helpful.However, I believe there is room for improvement with the customer service skills of the older service advisor gentleman at the far desk. Overall, my experience was positive, and I am very satisfied with the service provided by Jaime and the team.Thank you

My overall opinion is quite positive, but there are two points to make: 1) your after-service statement is very hard to understand. I could not tell that my $10 coupon had been honored and had to call to confirm that. 2) Your inspection form said all four tires were at 2 for tread. As I had less than 20K on 60K tires, I went to Les Schwab where I bought the tires. They said after careful inspection, that only one tire was at two; the others were at 5. I ended up having to replace the one tire (under warranty). Somebody there slipped up on the tire evaluation.
