I had an excellent experience with Jimmy, his team, and Service Manager Bob at Honda. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. What stood out most was their willingness to work with me and go the extra mile to help. Jimmy, Bob, and the entire service team were professional, honest, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. They made a potentially stressful situation much easier and showed that they truly value their customers. I greatly appreciate their dedication, transparency, and exceptional service. Megan was very helpful and empathetic. I was frazzled and she calmed me. Plus she assured me that we would be taken care of. Although after we purchased the GMC 2015 ACADIA DENALI it took me 3 phone calls to get my license plates and they came a day after my permit expired. It will worry me until I get my Title.
