Jaime is very personable and professional in his interactions. I’ve enjoyed being assisted by him. I’m also excited to hear that one of the technicians likes working on Hyundai vehicles and that makes me feel much more comfortable bringing my car in. I also was extremely grateful that the loaner car was offered for me to use over the long weekend as I still needed to get to/from work until the repairs were completed.

Your service department is the best in Walla Walla. Megan always goes above and beyond to keep you informed about the service process. We have always had a positive experience at the dealership. From test driving, to purchasing, and now servicing our Honda vehicles. Thank You!!!!

It wasn’t Megan, but I dropped the car off a little before 10 am, when I called at 3 pm to see if it was done, didn’t know anything about it, then asked me if I left the keys that was a big concern. Look, I had things to do today but the fact your service shop completely screwed it up, is irresponsible. The fact that you wanted to charge me a $125 dollars to replace an air and a cabin filter for something I could by for less than $50 is ridiculous. It takes five minutes.I don’t blame Megan, but I am not happy with your service and the fact your checks and balances are terrible. Why would I come back.
