Jonathan was very courteous & helpful. My problem involved a broken key/fob & not only was it taken care of but the free multi point inspection showed a couple of problems coming up that need attention. Im thankful to the attention to detail!

First of all, as for Cheryl. She is a top of the line person, I am completely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with her. This is perhaps a trivial matter which Cheryl explained was likely due to a computer issue. I was having door bumper guards installed which were ordered 6 months ago when I purchased my new vehicle. I had been calling every few weeks to see if they had come in. The last time I called I was told that they had been in for some time. It seems it should be your **** to inform the customer, not the customers obligation to have to keep checking. This together with the difficulty of getting my Honda serviced when on the road from another Honda dealer leaves me wondering what the future holds if more serious issues come up.
