Friendly and helpful, but did not understand that asking for 10k in repairs for a 4k vehicle is unreasonable. And dropping a 3k repair after 16oo was already spent seemed ingenue, But there are some repairs that could take place to extend the usefulness of adaily driver. Just did not know how to prioritize that kind of project. It would have been better to have an entire list and ask what were the priorities and how best to move forward. We have trusted Honda and appreciate that the prices seem very competitive and the online system is very convenient. We will continue to trust undrriner Honda with future major project and maintenance. Perhaps a new vehicle.

**** was not there when I dropped the car off but another gentleman checked me in was , professional and courteous. Got me checked in quickly which was very convenient. I was called within an hour by **** and told what the problem was. It was remedied and my vehicle was waiting when I arrived.
