The vehicle returned for a rear view mirror and check for a rattle noise in the engine compartment. We asked to have the Service Manager to listen to the engine for rattle noise with the engine is running. The adviser told my wife they listen to it and they didn’t hear anything. We wanted them to listen to it so we would have it on file in case an issue could occur later. No copy of a repair order no operating as design intent nothing. I would think a repair order would have been created.

From the start I was pleased with my experience. Marcus met me at the car, answered questions that I’d had concerns about, and had them remedied in no time. Resets I had done for years and hadn’t been working recently, just needed holding down a few seconds rather than me releasing them as I normally did. The other needs that were found, he called about and I had them do, so by the end of a long breakfast, everything was accomplished. I am very satisfied. Thanks so much!

I don't think it was fixed. My 2025 passport is still doing the same thing I brought it in for. However everyone was very kind.

**** was up front with every question I asked, having been in the trade my self he always answered honestly. His quit for the work we discussed was right on, he even was honest about some work not being needed. I will be back again for more work. Keep him !!!!whatever it takes. Just having him there will bring us to buy a new Honda there in the future. Thank you James V

My car smells very strongly of gasoline on the interior not sure if something split but I think the repair was supposed to be on the outside of the car
