I have NEVER in my many years of bringing my 09 Civic been treated this way. When I addressed it—apologies were made, but then at checkout I was reminded about how inconvenient my request or needs are. On top of not even getting an accurate diagnosis (and paying $160 for that) for how to repair my vehicle—-Very disappointing!

My car feels refreshed. New oil, new battery, new brakes, tires rotated, and washed. We are happy!

Marqus always does a great job and several of the ladies that come in to service their cars love him so much. He deserves a raise for a job well done.
To young and immature . He just makes stuff up. I kept being surprized, “I can’t believe he just told me that”. . “I am not coming back.” Those were my words to myself both times I when I left there. Service managers are the interface to the dealership. Not impressed with either representatives.
For example told me credit card companies charge a 6% and we pay half of that or 3% and you pay the other 3%. Not true the average “swipe fee” or processing fee per transaction is “1.5% to 3.50”. And the overall cited avaerage fee is 2.3% to 2.4%. Underriner is making money on credit card charges.
Love my Honda bought it new from you. But not coming back.

I actually ended up dealing with **** Jones at the service facility and he was great…extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I spoke to Marqus on the phone a couple of times and he was equally as helpful.
On a side note, I tried to schedule my appointment online and that experience wasn’t as successful! I ended up just calling directly.
