I know less paper is a goal nowadays. For me I would have like having a printout of the warranty on the tires and info about the tires. Being able to read the info and keep it in the car would be easierfor me. Otherwise I'm very happy with the service I received for my car.

**** Jones is an excellent communicator. I called last-minute on Monday to see if I could get my vehicle serviced same-day at Underriner Honda. **** helped me schedule the correct services and kept me apprised continuously throughout the time I was at the shop. I really appreciate the time, effort and care the crew at Underriner Honda took to make sure my vehicle and myself were taken care of.

Marcus is going to be great in time. When trying to determine what my Acura issue was, they determined it was the AC FUSE RELAY, when he told me he said $49, but at checkout it was $207 including diagnosis. He should have mentioned that. He'll be fine, communication is key.

When you did your multi point inspection to find out that my air filters needed to be inspected . You had to pull them out to check them. You would have had to put them back in if I would had said no. So I had them replace and got a $55.00 service bill to put them back in. Doesn’t make sense to me. I did argue just paid it and left. Marcus was very good and kept me informed.

Marqus was very thorough in his explanatuon with my questions regarding other things that might need attention with my vehicle. Im pleased with the way I was treated at the service department with the recalls. If I purchase another Honda, I will definitely consider Underriner Motors. Thank you!

The service was great. However, the price of an oil and filter change is $20 higher than Masterlube even with a $20 off coupon so I'll continue to evaluate the value added for the extra service at a dealership vs. the extra cost.
