When checking in for 60,000 mile maintenance service, your computer program did not show that I had already had the transmission flush. If I had not brought it up, and the service writer looked it up in another place, the flush would have been done again and I would have paid again. Seems to me that the computer program should automatically show the work that has been performed, without being so hard to find.

When I arrived they could not find my appointment. When I picked up my car it had not been washed and still had plastic seat protectors on the seats.
