The repairs seemed to have been completed as expected. The vehicle was detailed as I requested and paid additionally for, however the tires were allowed to built up ice from the washing. Due to this I was only able to drive 60mph maximum speed for the 189 mile trip home on the interstate. I understand this was an unfortunate occurrence with no help from our freezing temperatures.

We were charged $129.51 for the “on call battery” and $411.86 for unspecified labor? Software update? The invoice doesn’t clarify. The car sat in the service aisle for 20+ minutes and after the car was taken in the back it was ready 30 minutes later. We declined diagnostic services because our car diagnosed itself. If a software update was provided and we were charged, it was never mentioned. Instead it appears we were charged more than $400 for 20 minutes labor, unless we were charged expensive labor charges for a car wash.
The staff at Underriner Honda truly care about their customers, and want them to walk away happy. They do everything they can to make sure that happens. Scott and Jordan are the two employees who helped me get my vehicle and I hope their superiors see what exceptional employees they are. I’ll be a lifelong buyer for sure.
Service was fine but the steering wheel was dirty & grimy when service was completed. Light interior showed dirt black marks on the steering wheel. Maybe you can get covers for SW while car is being serviced. Came clean with soap and water. Thank you.
