3 hours to just clear a code was a bit much. Looks like the operation needs a little better time management. Side note VW screwed up when bending over to the government and stopped making the TDI.

We asked not to have the oil changed But it looks like it was done anyway. We had the oil changed about a month ago. But every thing else seems to be okay.

Things ended up pretty good but Jackson Standing did forget to mention that when my key was cut wrong there was the ability for them to make another without me having to drive 5 hours again (for a fourth time) for the key. However when I went to the parts desk I was told this offer, and after taking it I am very satisfied, old cars are weird, and the man at the parts counter was very helpful and understanding.

We were informed we have an oil leak. And that was it. There was no timeframe given for repairs, no advice on what we should do to make sure it doesn’t get worse. When asked what was wrong, “a bolt” “we don’t have it in stock” “sign this” out the door. Sure would have like a little more of a diagnostic explanation and some talk about turnaround. We need assurances that this oil leak won’t ruin the car

Okay this is how I seen it I took it in to have the radiator valve fixed he told me it wasn't that because I couldn't start my car so they thought it was maybe another part where the radiator tube but they send me pictures and said because apart from his were running out or whatever however man it didn't want to start I had nothing to do with that if they messed up a wire forgot to plug in a wire or plugged it in wrong and stuff it's not on me lI'm very unsatisfied and I don't think they should do this every time
