I’m disappointed in the phone system until Bonnie gave me her direct number. I called 6 times and only once did it last me to leave a message. Our business would close if people couldn’t reach us. I appreciate that they printed off the list of stuff to do along with pics and the time Bonnie and the tech she spoke with took the time to decide where priorities were in the ridiculous list…

The engine oil notification was not reset and I worked on the screen to get back to the mph all the way to Laurel. I finally called the Service Department and they talked me through it. I was able to get home to Absarokee safely. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this Service Department. The front desk people are excellent, as is Heather when I deal with them.
