Engine light came on my husband has that thingy that yells u what's wrong. It said transmission sensor. The 1st time I talked to Matt he just got back from lunch... being in retail, when I get back from lunch..yea I need a nap so conversation was good. I had a appointment 3-22 1 pm.
Well it wasn't good news but they offer financing... Was going to call for update n got a text that my car was finished whoo hoo!
There was a box in my car but had things to do..

Had to go thru alot to get a 4 year warranty battery replaced on a 1 year and 2 month old Volvo.we have purchased 4 new Volvos...from Underriner there won't be a 5th

Bonnie was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable New everything that I was concerned about, most of all customer centered, not distracted, very professional. She did a great job!
After I had problems with GPS and arrived late, Ty took me to my cardiac appointment, given that I live 3 hours away and could possibly lose that appointment if late (and the shuttle wasn't going to be available for another 45 minutes. Ty was extremely knowledgeable about all of the maintenance items I asked for and quickly helped me determine what was needed. He was friendly, cheerful, and very efficient and professional.
I was very pleased with the entire service process. I live in Powell WY and the service manager was very accommodating to get us in for service since we also had a doctor's appointment in Billings. Also, Ty did an excellent job of explaining his recommendation for not rotating the tires during this service trip. Good people

Staff is helpful and friendly
Service was professional and great! No issues whatsoever. The shuttle driver was awesome, he was my favorite part of my experience. If possible please give him some praise or something he deserves it!
Matt was very professional and personable. I enjoyed working with him and the other service advisors.
