Bonnie was great. It was a little concerning how many times I had to drive to Billings for the problem to be solved. I said from day one what I thought the problem was…. Four trips later it was fixed. However, everyone was very nice. It’s just frustrating.
I had a $20 coupon but only took $10 off.
Oil change appointment at 1:30pm. It took an hour and half. Always slow and takes a long time.

Bonnie was excellent and service was prompt. Incomplete is finding how/why auto function of front wiper works less than 25% of the time. Hopefully Bonnie will pursue.
My display that has Bluetooth has been glitching when I listen to music and I have told them a few times and they keep telling me that they can't find anything wrong. I feel that if I pay for an extended warranty that covers that display that everything should be done in order to remedy the situation. However I do really like the people that work there they are very kind and patient with me. Now they tell me that I have to use a cord to use my Bluetooth which to me is not Bluetooth at all it's old school stereo. What is the use of Bluetooth if I cannot use it?

I wish he would have mentioned the surcharge on credit card, I would have paid in cash. Price to fix was excessively high, since I thought the air conditioning problem was fixed last year!
