My only complaint was the guy who drove the car into the garage. I didn’t realize I should drive it in when it opened without asking first. He told my husband, “you don’t pay the heating bill”. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. Other than that, we were completely satisfied.

Friendly, attentive, good communicator
I was told I needed a new cabin filter, which I had replaced at my last visit in February. I think that before you make recommendations, the tech should make sure he is aware of the customers recent vehicle work.
I also am curious as to why I had an oil change in February and had to come back in May, per the sticker put on my windshield. I really should not have had to return in such a short time period.
I think there needs to be better communication, more accurate info.
About 6 months ago I had my first visit to Underriner for warranty work on my XC40 and I dealt with Joshua. He was professional then and when I inquired on a good nearby restaurant he gave me a great recommendation and directions. Today he was once again efficient and professional. The cherry on top was they WASHED my car after the service! Top-notch. Thanks Josh and Underriner.
I had appointments to get recall on my car that when I went in to schedule the appointment they said by time you appointment is here we should have the part. I take in and I call in two hours say they part and that it’s just sit but you guys should the part this week. I ask if I could first on the list and if I could schedule another appointment to get that recall fixed. They said no and I’m not impressed compared the last I was there.
This was only the 2nd time my Santa Cruz was washed in the 2 years I've been coming for service
There was a mistake with oil made during my visit. Your service team acknowledged the mistake and attempted to correct the mistake. It was acceptable to me but it wasn’t the same as not making the mistake in the first place.
Good job at not making me feel like an idiot for having a loose license plate bracket!

It would’ve been nice to actually meet the tech and asked my questions directly, but I understand why that didn’t happen. I appreciate the extra time you put in on the cruise control and the stupid map, which is really starting to piss me off. I can’t tell if the fluids were topped off or not or if that’s something that’s included in the service.
