Poor customer service all around. Service center lied to us about a loaner. We live in Belgrade MT and originally made appointment for 3. Told us if we could bring it in first thing Friday, they could address all items and provide a loaner. We arrived at 845am and the advisor basically told us I was lying and that there were no notes about that. Secondly, the technician notes stating that we may have bumped the paddle shifters to cause the issue was inaccurate. Part of my discussion with the service advisor over the phone, was stating that the car wouldn’t go out of first gear even by using the paddles to attempt to make the car shift manually but that didn’t work. Won’t be bringing car or buying a vehicle from this dealer. Rather drive to Idaho or Missoula.
Bonnie was exceptionally patient and diligent at getting me all the information and updates I needed. She was great to work with and really knows her stuff. Very happy customer.

Bonnie and Michael were great and the service was performed ahead of schedule. Disappointed in the effort to get an appointment. Took two days and more than 8 phone calls to get past the AI answering machine. It put me in do loops and couldn’t understand my responses. Press 1 or 2. You press 2 and it says press 1 or 2. Did that 4 times. Couldn’t find my number or car. Tried online and it thinks I have a Volvo. Finally by not selecting any numbers the receptionist got me to service.
Had a problem getting someone to answer the phone so I could make an appt. Left 3 messages. Never read a call back.
The personal service of your service people is wonderful. Your AI phone answerer/scheduler is horrible- literally a nightmare. Told me that there were no service appointments available for two weeks. When i finally got thru to a real person - after a week of leaving messages and the real person receptionist walking to service and asking them to call me - there was availability on Thursday - the AI is inaccurate and frustrating - also leaving messages for people / service dept is useless - they dont get the messages and people dont get called back.
The service at Underrriner motors is top notch.
The communication was very disappointing. My car was in the shop for a month and a half and despite numerous attempts to call and inquire about its progress, no one returned my calls. I had to reach out to a salesman to schedule a service and get updates on my car. Come to find out, VW had the battery for over a month but due to a recieving error, it was marked as not being in yet. I understand that things happen but for there to be over a month of waiting for a battery, and no one questioned it or reached out was quite disappointing. Also, when I recieved my car back, it was not clean or detailed which I was surprised since with all my past experiences with VW, they have returned my car with atleast a quick wash since it was sitting outside for a month and a half.

Past two times I have gone to Underriner someone in the service dept. has moved my washer fluid sprayers so that the fluid sprays over the top of the car and off to the sides and nothing sprays on the driver’s viewing area of the windshield. I don’t discover this until I need to clean off the windshield and my washers and wipers don’t work properly. I have no idea why someone keeps moving the sprayers out of position; I certainly didn’t ask anyone to make them useless to me.
