Tyrel was great. However I thought an hour and 1/2 was a bit.
I found the survey from the manufacturer was difficult to fill out I finally gave up.
I am so pleased with Tyrel’s work and even washed my car, which I’m so appreciative of.
Tyrel is an excellent representative of your company. He gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced at your service department. I love the new text system with the video of my car service and other new and appreciated touches such as the plastic seat cover. The ONLY thing I give a thumbs down is the 3% fee to use a credit card. I spent hundreds of dollars there today and that sad surprise certainly cheapened an otherwise positive experience.

Bonnie is the best. We just moved to Billings last year with 2 Hyundais. Bonnie has helped us get excellent service with both. They are older cars but with very low mileage. We hope to get many more years with great service from Bonnie and the team. THANKS!

My car ended up being at the dealership for 5 days for a catalytic converter replacement. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. None of this was Matt's fault. Where he fell down for me is in not keeping me updated on what was happening with my car. My car went in Monday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. The check engine light was on and further diagnostics showed the catalytic converter was bad. Matt said all the necessary parts to fix it were in stock so I said to replace it. At the end of the Monday, Matt called to say he needed the car another day. That was fine, but I didn't hear from at all from him on Tuesday until 4 p.m. once again I was told that my car wasn't fixed but that a special tool has been ordered. I told him I needed him to keep me updated throughout the day. On Wednesday I called twice in the morning and left messages for him to call me back. He said he didn't receive any messages from me and gave me his direct line. So now it's Thursday afternoon at 3:00 pm, and I still haven't heard from Matt. I call to see what is happening, and he goes and talks to the mechanic. I am delivered the news that my car is still not fixed and that it probably won't even be done on Friday. This was the last straw for me because I was supposed to leave for Denver on Friday which I had repeatedly reminded Matt of. I had friends leaving for France and I was supposed to be taking care of their dogs. I asked about a loaner car and was told none of the dealerships loaners were allowed to leave Billings. I telephone my friends, and we decided I needed to fly to Denver early Saturday morning. I did end up getting my car back at 2:30 but it was too late to change plans. I don't want to get Matt in trouble, but I think this should be a lesson in how not to handle a difficult situation. I'm my opinion, Matt needed to be calling me and a lot sooner in the day. I live alone and have one car so I was pretty much stranded. I did have a couple of friends give me rides when they could. I even had to take an Uber to get my haircut.

Poor customer service all around. Service center lied to us about a loaner. We live in Belgrade MT and originally made appointment for 3. Told us if we could bring it in first thing Friday, they could address all items and provide a loaner. We arrived at 845am and the advisor basically told us I was lying and that there were no notes about that. Secondly, the technician notes stating that we may have bumped the paddle shifters to cause the issue was inaccurate. Part of my discussion with the service advisor over the phone, was stating that the car wouldn’t go out of first gear even by using the paddles to attempt to make the car shift manually but that didn’t work. Won’t be bringing car or buying a vehicle from this dealer. Rather drive to Idaho or Missoula.
Bonnie was exceptionally patient and diligent at getting me all the information and updates I needed. She was great to work with and really knows her stuff. Very happy customer.
