It took 3 hours for a scheduled appointment to get my oil changed. When I picked up my car there were 5 other vehicles parked outside with mine. My vehicle was the only one that had not been washed.
Quality work at a very fair price
I was sad that my car wasn’t at least vacuumed out. My husband goes to Subaru for his maintenance and they vacuum and wash his vehicle.
Jousts answered 2 questions we could not seem to find answers for in the manual for which we are grateful .
Excellent communication and professionalism
Brought the car in on Tuesday. They held it til Friday with no call's about progress. I called Friday they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. I asked the service tech to take a ride with me and they did. The noise from the bottom of the car was the first thing we heard. Josh told me to wait til it gets worse to bring it in. Complete waste of time.

I live 3 hours away. I scheduled my VW for 60k service 2 weeks ago. About an hour into my service (I was quoted about 2 hours which was totally fine), I’m informed that the dealership doesn’t have ANY of the OEM parts necessary for my 60k service. I wasted an entire day driving to and from Billings to discover the dealership didn’t have the parts needed for service. I implore you to be more proactive about what is included in each regular service and ensure you have those parts in stock. And if you don’t, call your customers before they drive 6 hours and waste over $30 in gas (not to mention the value of my time).
A positive from my experience: the exterior of my car was very dirty when I arrived and it was handed over sparkling clean.
