This was a rescheduled appointment due to the Volvo tech calling off the day before my initial appointment. The package cost for the specific maintenance of my vehicle was not discussed over the phone. I asked the worker who called to reschedule what all entails the service and she made it sound like a thorough, more in depth oil change. Arriving at the dealership it was $800 for the recommended package. It would have been nice to be informed the cost prior to arriving for the appointment and the details of services that were recommended. I only had two liquid flushes and two filters changed and it took 3.5 hours. I was told it would be “fifteen or twenty more minutes” at the 2.5 hour mark. I was updated maybe 3 time about my vehicle. The guy who helped me was pleasant and tried his best to ensure I was happy. Also, I was told my car would be washed; however, that didn’t happen. Please do not contact me for further discussion.

I received a text telling me that my fluids were being topped off however, shoetly after starting my car, I got an alert that my coolant level was low. Upon looking at the level, it was almost empty. This was quite a disappointing discovery, especially after having paid what I did for maintenance. This lack of oversight made me reconsider coming here for maintenence in the future.

I have taken my Buicks to Selover and now underpants! Worst service I have ever received!! $100 dollars for an oil change? In the the past I would get discount coupons, but that no longer happens!!! I waited over an hour for something that should have taken 30 minutes. They used to go over a safety check, but that doesn’t happen. I will taken my business and car purchase elsewhere! George would be totally ashamed!!!!!

I had to wait an additional 90 minutes past the promised time of completion.4 hours for an oil change, alignment and checking some fluids is excessive. I understand that there was a car giveaway that happened during this time frame. However, the employees should not have been pulled away from customer needs during this time.

The repair to the forward camera was to be completed under warranty. I had been told that the diagnostic indicated a bad camera. Once replaced, the camera still does not work properly. I was then told that the wiring is damaged, which was not reported during the original diagnostic (how it was damaged is unclear, and may well have been during the initial diagnosis). I was quoted $210 to fix it, and authorized the repair. The repair was not completed as stated, and the camera still does not work properly. In fact, it is worse. Where before it had no signal, it now shows a jittery scrambled signal, which is actively distracting while operating the vehicle. Altogether this is a completely unsatisfactory experience, and if there were any other Hyundai dealers nearby, I would absolutely take my business elsewhere. As it stands, I am unlikely to have any work done at Underriner on either of our two Hyundai vehicles if I can at all help it.

Not Joshua’s fault in service, nor Tayler’s in parts, but the SOP that came in for my vehicle’s scheduled repair ended up being a used Volvo door window actuator (we’re guessing a warranty return part) that had a Volvo parts order label on it identifying it as a ball joint. The error appears to have happened at the main Volvo Parts Warehouse back east. All the local Underriner service and parts department staff treated me in their typical excellent care.

Brought my car in for warranty work . They had it for two weeks . Then another two weeks to call and tell me they didn’t want to do it. Then I was told an anomaly about a Hershey candy bar. I will not bring my car there ever again and I make sure I tell everyone how great they are!Not!!!!!! would not recommend them. Volkswagen has a good product but I would never buy one from there!

My repair was complete but it took an hour to checkout. I drove to Billings from Corvallis, MT. Since I had to drive back to the Bitterroot valley that same day an hour delay when the weather is questionable is significant. Overall, I felt that the service dept has really gone downhill in the past couple of visits. I made my appointment and then I’m getting calls to make an appointment? Just doesn’t seem as friendly or customer oriented.

I called earlier this morning to complain about how irritated I am that the main reason I made the appointment was to have my door panel replaced and it didn't happen! That was a 6 hour round trip for me and i wasnt planning on coming back until my 30,000 mile service is due! I did not realize that I had to make sure that everything I had asked for when I made the appointment was in the computer like we had discussed and it actually took a really long time to make the appointment...I was put on hold at least 5 times and Service desk connected me to Parts Dept to find out if my part was in and then back to service to tell him yes my part is in let's make an appointment and also take care of a recall and clean out hood if needed. Somehow replacing the door panel got lost from the order I don't know?! And I don't understand why!?! Also took almost double the time he told me it would take so I just jumped in and went to Costco and it was late by the time I was done and noticed that it wasn't done! Maybe we should not have bought a vehicle from a dealership that is so far away...this is the 2nd time something weird like this has happened to me but I LOVE my Santa Cruz! Christine W
