The vehicle broke down completely within less than an hour of pick up. Prior to this, the estimate for the repair was quoted at less than half the actual cost. Upon pickup I had to wait over 15 minutes to be acknowledged.
Fixed what I needed and no pressure to fix anything else. Also got recall things done that I didn’t even know about. Thank you.

Service personnel are all professional, polite and friendly. Even though this was an oil leak following an oil change— 2nd time back - they immediately took the car in to resolve the issue. Nice waiting area with fresh coffee and water available, nice clean restroom — all appreciated.

The service took over 90 minutes which was supposed to be the max time needed. I had to find someone just to get a status on my vehicle only to find out it was done but no one told me. I was also told that I would get a car wash but that didn't happen. The staff was very nice but service was subpar.

I’ve purchased Toyotas, Subarus, and GMCs. I’ve always relied on dealerships for service. This is my first Volvo and my Underriner service experience has been too notch. Jackson has similarly been top notch/fantastic to work with.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service I received. There was only one minor issue-tech forgot to adjust the air in the tires after they were rotated. I appreciated the complimentary car wash!

I was supposed to get up to 3 free oil changes. I asked about it today and was told it expired in October 2023. I stated I had a service in October prior to taking a trip at the end of that month but was told this one would be free. Was told today that the individual who said that in Oct was new. Still expired. In addition, the service tech still has not replaced the service sticker on the windshield since May 2023. The service tech also left the plastic seat cover on the seat back. Finally, noticed a misc shop supply charge of $.05 as my bill was $89.95 and the misc charge rounded up to $90. Not impressed.
