The online service requires was a bit confusing and to complicated but the job was well done with good explaination on concerts and what to do if I didn't feel the issue was fixed. The mechanic did a great job abdominal the intake person was very professional and helpful.

Had my car for 3 weeks. All communication was iniated by me. No one could explain what was wrong with it. Was told all the parts were in. Then the next week when I called they told me that they just got all the parts in that day so I was lied to the week before. Would not explain to me what was done when I picked it up. He said we just turned it over to Hyundai warranty. I asked if they checked the sensors because I did not have a warning about low coolant. He said oh you know those new cars will do that sometimes. Car was not washes or vacuumed out. Very disappointed with everything over the course of 3 weeks.
I was traveling on the interstate and had an issue with my wiper blades and called your dealership and they said they could take care of me so I stopped on my way and they did just that. I really appreciate the great service and I will definitely consider you guys in my next purchase.

My car had been there for over a month and nothing was done to it. They ordered a part for the vehicle and when I asked for a status update on part delivery I was told you guys didn’t know and the part was possibly delayed for delivery. I took my vehicle someone else and was forced to tow it elsewhere to be fixed. Thank you for nothing.
Unfortunely. The “engine control” issue popped bk up n alert came bk on also.
